Band of Brothers is understated, exceedingly well-acted and, therefore, profoundly moving. It shows their enduring courage and demonstrates the price that all veterans pay for for their time in combat, both physically and spiritually. It's great to be able to watch the story of the epic achievements of E Company, 506 Parachute Infantry Regiment, during WW2 without commercial interruption. The accompanying documentary with the survivors of E company is excellent.
